1. How do I care for my personalized Woodenware?
Wooden boards/plates/platters should be hand washed in warm soapy water, rinsed, wiped clean and allowed to dry upright. Never soak your woodenware or run it through the dishwasher as this will cause warping. To prevent them from drying out, occasionally apply a light coating of food-grade mineral oil in the direction of the wood grain using a clean, dry cloth.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Personalized items usually ship in 1-2 business days, sometimes sooner. Non-personalized items usually ship the next day. In some cases we can even ship your item the day it's ordered. We'll always send an email confirmation letting you know exactly when your order ships.
2. Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We offer shipping to Canada via UPS or similar carrier. Please note that shipments to Canada do not qualify for our standard free shipping promotion.
4. Is there a charge for personalization?
There is never a charge to add personalization to your gift. If you'd prefer, many of our items can also be ordered without any personalization.
