1. The image. Ideally we would like a .AI
file format. (We're unable to accept hand drawn
logos)

Is
there a setup fee?
A
Yes, we charge
a $25 logo setup fee in order to convert your logo to the
proper file type for laser cutting.

What is your
turnaround time?
A
Our current
turnaround time is 18 days once full payment has been
received.

Will my logo
work as a custom branding iron?
A
We're unable
to guarantee all logos will be able to be cut as a branding
iron. We cut our branding irons from a sheet of stainless
steel so there are limitations. It's possible that we made
need to make small adjustments in order to get your logo to
work properly.

Is it possible to get a sample before placing an order?
A
Due to the cost of producing just one branding iron we're
unable to provide samples. With that said, we can provide you a peper proof to show size and final design, this will be in a PDF format free of charge.
If a sample is required, we'd require an $100 non-refundable
payment. If you should happen to place the order we would
simply apply a credit of $100 to the purchase price of your larger brand order.

proud to say that our custom branding irons are 100% Made In
The USA, right here in Round Rock, TX.

Do you offer
personalized handles?
A
Yes, we can
laser etch handles with corporate logos or short messages. The print
space is 3" wide and 1/2" tall. There is a $30 setup fee and
print fees vary based on quantity.

Do you offer
any special packaging?
A
Yes, we can
package your brand in one of our beautiful Cedar crate style gift boxes. Your logo or message can be laser etched on the lid and your brand will be wrapped in a bandanna and placed inside the wood box. Please see additional costs above.
